Solution Overview

The Android Device Bridge (adb) allows you to accept specific permissions using the adb executable and a terminal.

Manish used the Process class in dart to spawn a new process and send the correct commands to the Android emulator.

In addition to that xcrun simutils does the same thing for the iOS simulator.

This solution will fit in perfectly with how TestSweets code is working.
